After completing his engineering degree in 1997, Al Nimer set out to fulfill his entrepreneurial dream.

Inspired by his love for beef jerky and beef smokies, he embarked on creating his own product line. Initially, he sold these delectable snacks from the back seat of his car in Cleveland and its neighboring suburbs, with the support of two loyal friends and associates who remain part of Medina Foods to this day. Al's mother played a significant role in establishing the finest meat snacks, ensuring her son's well-being with her delightful homemade lunches. With time, Al's business thrived, and his premium-quality meat snacks achieved tremendous success!
